2004- Holmconsult

Solves all tasks like start up, trouble shooting, new products and design for the food business and general management worldwide. For some smaller companies in Denmark I also act as advisor and bookkeeper.

2005-2007 Manager, Fanoe Brewery.

In charge of the start up of a micro-brewery with production of different beer types.

1990-2004 Manager and owner, Fanoe Dairy A/S

I bought a smaller dairy that was about to shut down and transferred it into a dairy known for its high end products, and also started up a export of butter and white cheese to the middle east market. From start we had one employee and when we sold the dairy in 2004 we had 15-20 employees and a turn over of more than 9 million €.

1988-1990 Production manager Cremo Cheese

Production manager at a factory that produced cheese powder that was distributed worldwide, and with a staff of 70-80. Due to the raising demand of cheese powder I also implemented production during the weekend, so the factory where producing 24/7.

1985-1987 Daily manager Svendborg Brewery

Also member of group of directors at the main company, Albani. 25 employees working in two shifts. Responsible for sales, finances and production. The brewery was shut down in 1989 because it was not up to date, and I participated in that decision and was offered a position as manager of the soft water production I Odense, but got a better offer from Cremo Cheese.

1985-1985 Manager, QC, Rimi.

Responsible for the quality control at a juice factory. I also set up a quality control system.

1983-1984 Production Manager, Dairy Enigheden, Copenhagen.

Before I ended my study I was offered this position where my responsibilities were production and also the technical staff, a total of 100 employees, and a daily intake of 150.000 kg milk.

2012 - I was trained as auditor in autumn 2012 and audits all kinds of food producing companies.
Current I am a BRC-auditor and pre-trained in ISO 22000.

2006-2012 Official Veterinarian, performing controls and audits in meat-producing companies, both small and large scale, casings and Cold Stores. Certificates for export, HACCP-systems, planning of inspections and education of control staff. Representative of veterinarians in DVFA, taking part in development of the controlling organs and modernization of Meat control department. Training and education in UK, France and USA.

1990-2004 Fanoe Dairy:
I participated in all parts of the work in the Dairy, both practical, book-keeping, invoicing, staff-administration, contact to customers in Denmark and our Export-markets (mainly the Middle-East), planning of shipping, Export-certification, labelling, product-development.
The retail-shop was my responsibility, and shipping outside the island in Denmark.

1990 - I am the owner of Fanoe Dyreklinik, which performs veterinary services to all kinds of animals on the island, both dogs, cats, horses, cattle(including milking cattle) and sheep.

1988 -1990 Odense commune.
Inspections of both large-scale productions (beer, canned vegetables, jams, vegetables), restaurants and shops in Eastern Funen and Odense area.
